Tuscan Chicken Recipe

   Tuscan Chicken



  • 3 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Blend
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, cut in half
  • zest from 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with half of the olive oil, orange zest and Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Blend.
  2. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting pan. Place vegetables in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. Place both in 375 degrees F preheated oven and cook 6-7 minutes, turning each after 4 minutes.
  4. Plate chicken to 4 plates, spooning vegetables over chicken breasts.
